L8 Residence
L8 is a small three story retro building in the heart of Bangkok which was fully restored and reconfigured to host a total of eight apartment units, ranging from two bedroom – and a single penthouse unit. We have created a concept that brings together different styles of interiors and lifestyles under the idea of “Where We Live”. All room types are decorated differently catering to preferred lifestyles and taste.

The community aspect of living in the city centre and with only a few units, where neighbor knows neighbor is reflected by gathering places like the pool or the reception area.
We developed a full CI manual for the roll out, including the production of interior photography, website interface design, in-house communication and signage.
