Lumiere

Masterise is one of Vietnam’s most successful young Real Estate Developers. Their ambition is to bring luxury products and lifestyles to the fast-developing nation. Lumiere is their first high-end project aimed to put them on the map as a luxury player. 

 

Launched with a set of key visuals, brand film, and communication materials, the project concept is based on facts that every life needs light to flourish and prosper, hence the name Lumiere. This idea matches perfectly with the design of lush green spaces together with open and bright communal areas.

The project corporate identity has a complete toolbox of color palettes, font packages, graphic properties / devices along with a wide range of application examples and usage systems. 

 

The designs capture how light is reflected on objects.

 

The output is in a digital format to express the brand belief of being environmentally friendly and responsible.

Collaterals and Brand film

The brand film is based on the project’s philosophy and some of the project’s key features, taking the viewers on an extravagant journey throughout the various parts of the development. 

 

The execution expresses the light concept through shadows, light reflections and shades. 

The brand film was used in high frequency at launch events, sales gallery, out-of-home media such as digital and LED screens.
