As one of the top developer in the Thai real-estate market, SC Asset has not only increased the standard for developing high-end properties, but they have also been known to lead the market with their communication approach.
The task is to build a reputation for SC Asset as a strong player in the Single Detached Homes with a very daring and conceptual visual language, heavily led by the human insights of losing your identity when you share a home. The overarching campaign slogan The You in We can be used to reflect each of the key visuals, featuring the project philosophy.

Apart from covering traditional channels of media such as press and magazine ads a key focus is the online component of the campaign. WTD developed the project website as well as a variety of social media templates to allow for the pre-sales phase to kick off. The site hoarding was an additional brief and was separated into 2 phases one to be considered a teaser and then revealing some project details using the key visuals.
